Book deliveries vary from 5 days to 10 days. They are sent Postal "media" and we do not charge for shipping. If you did not receive your book, notify us immediately and upon verification of address another will be sent.
If your book arrives damaged, return it to: Codefore Publishing PO Box 8458 Chula Vista CA 91910 and another will be sent to you.
In the even there is a billing error, notify us immediately.
If your credit card is not accepted, its probably an issue with your card administrator. New credit card procedures have been put into place by some credit card companies.
These procedures require additional security requirements. Try calling your credit card company to see if it was rejected before notifying us. In the event your card was not rejected by your credit card company, notify us immediately. We do not want to lose your business!!
Our credit card processor, ELAVON, is a state of the art secure processor. Your card information is not available to anyone, including us. Our bank is "US Bank" and your funds are immediately deposited.
